Prior to your rental please read the following information carefully:
Essential Documents
Driving License
The lead driver plus any additional drivers must bring a full and valid driving license.
If the driving license is for GB (England, Scotland, Wales), the driver must also present a DVLA check code, completed prior to their arrival. This can be obtained from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
If the driving license is for Northern Ireland, the driver must also present their full paper counterport.
Passport
The lead driver plus any additional drivers must bring a full and valid photographic passport to be shown as a second form of photo ID.
If you do not hold a valid passport then please contact SIXT Northern Ireland prior to your arrival.
Credit Card
The lead driver must bring a credit card in their own name to hold their chosen financial responsibility in full, as a security deposit.
A debit card can be used, however in this case the lowest financial responsibility must be taken.
If you are unsure of your financial responsibility then please contact SIXT Northern Ireland prior to your arrival.
Note: All documents must be valid and original hard copies shown in person before a vehicle can be rented, we cannot accept photos or digital / print copies.

Vehicle pick-up:
The SIXT pick up and return desk is located outside of the airport terminal, please exit the terminal through arrivals, turn left and follow the footpath around the exterior of the short stay car park, past the Maldron Hotel, SIXT is located across the road.
Vehicle return:
After your rental, return your vehicle to the same location as pick-up, park on the left hand side of the site, along the fence, in-front of numbered SIXT spaces only, parking elsewhere may incur parking charges.
Belfast City Airport

Vehicle pick-up:
The vehicle collection desk is located inside the airport terminal. Once you have checked out, the rental agent will direct you to the vehicle pick-up point.
Vehicle return:
To return your rental vehicle, follow the signs for car hire past the airport terminal, you will see a SIXT cabin on the right just before the long stay car park. Please park in spaces 1-17. Then take the keys with you to the terminal and give them to a rental agent at the check out desk, if no agent is present then place the keys into the drop box to the left of the check out desk.

Vehicle pick-up:
The vehicle collection desk is located inside the Kia main showroom towards the back of the site, please enter the showroom main doors and a rental agent will be able to assist you.
Vehicle return
Return your vehicle to the same location, please park in a customer parking space only and take the keys inside the main showroom where a rental agent will be able to assist you.
